How we comply with GDPR
Yonder receives customer data from systems our customers connect or entered manually by our customers into Yonder. We work under the assumption the terms and conditions of our customers, agreed to by the End User when creating a booking with our customer, extend to how we handle their data.
In our chat tool, by way of and End User using the tool they consent to their personal information entered into the chat being collected and processed, such as their email and name.
Per Article 32 of the GDPR and the requirements of the Standard Contractual Clauses, we have in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to keep your data secure.
Yonders uses personal information to enable our customers to communicate with End Users. Any data we process is aggregated and anonymised and not personally identifiable.
Yonder uses cookies to track the activities of our customers' site visitors within their site. Yonder will NOT and does NOT track users across domains. We expect the website terms and conditions of our customers define the purposes customer data is being used, which would include the use within Yonder.
Yonder does not sell any Contact Data collected on behalf of the Customer or market Yonder Services to the Customer’s end users.
Data policies and procedures
We routinely receive requests to erase personal data and honour those requests within 2 business days.
Our databases are considered adequately secured and we do not have copies of personal information outside of this.
Sub processors
We only trust parties who have stringent standards regarding the safety and security of Personal Data. This includes: Google, Amazon Web Services, Mongo Database, Mail Gun.
