The monthly subscription fee includes a set number of SMS sends per month and unlimited email review requests. These are tracked separately and reset monthly. There's no carryover. You'll receive email alerts at 75%, 95%, and 100% usage. To keep sending after reaching your limit, you’ll need to upgrade your plan.
AI chatbot:
Your plan includes a set number of chatbot conversations per month. Each conversation is counted per guest, no matter how long it is. Chats from your website, Facebook Messenger, and other inbox integrations are all included and tracked separately. We know there might be some peak months you creep over the limit, that's ok. However, if you consistently exceed your limit by more than 20% we will be in touch with you to explore other plans.
Our plans are usage based and since you pay monthly and not locked in then you're free to change to the lowest usage plan during your off-season to reduce costs. When you ramp up again then simply upgrade your plan. For businesses that close completely reach out for a chat.
We're confident you'll see results quickly, so we don't lock you into fixed-term contracts. If you'd like to cancel your subscription, just reach out to our support team and we'll help you wrap things up. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
