Reviews:
The monthly subscription fee includes a certain number of review/survey requests sent per month. This is per customer: reminders, SMS and email are all considered part of the one request. There's no carry over to the next month. We'll email you when you reach 80% of the limit within a month. You can upgrade your plan to keep sending more survey's and getting more quiz completions.
AI chatbot:
Each plan has a number of chats included (from your website and Facebook). This is the number of different people or conversations you chat with, no matter how long the chats are. We know there might be some peak months you creep over the limit, that's ok. However, if you consistently exceed your limit by more than 20% we will be in touch with you to explore other plans.
Our plans are usage based and since you pay monthly and not locked in then you're free to change to the lowest usage plan during your off-season to reduce costs. When you ramp up again then simply upgrade your plan. For businesses that close completely reach out for a chat.
We're so confident you'll see results quickly we don't lock you into fixed term contracts. You can cancel any time from within the Yonder dashboard, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Yonder has an in-house conversation design team that will work with you to configure, train and test your new AI ChatBot. The process takes between 1-4 weeks depending on the overall size and complexity of the build. Your Yonder sales rep will be able to provide pricing for the configuration service after learning more about your businesses and goals on the the initial demo.
