The monthly subscription fee included a certain number of surveys sent per month. There's no carry over to the next month. We'll email you when you reach 80% of the limit within a month. You can upgrade your plan to keep sending more survey's, and you can easily change back again later because we don't lock you into an annual contract.
There is no setup fee for Essentials, Power and Pro. There is a set up fee for the chatbot.
If you'd like help with setup we can offer some guidance and online guides to get you success quickly, we've tried to make it as easy as possible for anyone to do. Or, for a small fee we can take care of setup for you.
Yes! Get a 14 day trial of Power plan, with all our features. Billing starts at the end of the trial. If you're not seeing value quickly you can cancel the subscription.
