Over the last 12 months, we’ve been busy releasing a bunch of new features for tourism operators to ensure that any recovery in tourism is customer-centric, efficient and data-driven.

Yonder is the world's leading tourism AI chatbot builder, increasing website conversions by 20% and saving hours of staff time per month. Our new features will ensure that even more tourism operators have access to their customer data in order to drive even more direct sales, save staff time and make smarter business decisions.

What’s new:

  • Helping businesses gather up to 10x feedback by asking directly with Yonder surveys, compared to relying on links to a survey tool in post-trip emails. In fact, 40% of customers provide feedback via Yonder.
  • Yonder integrates with 12 booking systems directly, including Fareharbor, Roller, Rezdy, Checkfront, and many more via Zapier, including Timely and Xero.  That means our survey software can link customer feedback to individual booking information, making business decisions easier and more efficient
  • Helping businesses get 5x more 5-star Google reviews by turning positive feedback from their Yonder survey into online reviews. We ask those who rate the business 5-stars to post on their preferred online review site. We make it easier still by giving them a copy button to reduce the effort to share.
  • Businesses can now showcase their latest 5-star reviews on websites for up-to-date and relevant social proof that converts.
  • Star ratings for individual products can now be included in Google Meta Search results, boosting SEO and social proof.
